- Withdrawal of 4% increase which was applied to all other Tusla grantees last year is a budget reduction. Email response from Department does not mention the proposed 2% reduction in ABC funding in 2024. Major concern for the Board of CDI, we signal now that it will not be possible to maintain the current levels of service provision without a cost-of-living increase, bearing in mind that we are in a situation of budget reduction.
