- In relation to entrepreneurship in Ireland it is commonly accepted that we need to build more indigenous businesses. Take up of schemes such as KEEP, EIIS and so on have been consistently low, frequently as a result of restrictions in their configuration. There are also concerns about Family Business transfers. Can we get the Finance Act ultimately to deliver on policy goals rather than aiming to limit accessibility.
