A bill to provide for an increase in the number of Ministers of State who may be appointed by the Government under section 1(1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1977 and for that purpose to amend the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1977; to amend section 3A of the Oireachtas (Allowances to Members) and Ministerial, Parliamentary, Judicial and Court Offices (Amendment) Act 1998; and to provide for related matters.
